Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SPACEHUB, operated by Codexire (“we”, “us”, “our”), including spacehub.codexire.com and the SPACEHUB mobile apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SPACEHUB connects space owners with renters for parking bays, yards, open plots, and similar spaces. We provide a booking and listing platform. We are not a party to the underlying rental agreement between owner and renter unless we expressly say so in writing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Accounts and roles

• Renters may search, book, message, and review spaces.
• Owners may list spaces, manage bookings, and communicate with renters.
• Admins may moderate listings, users, and disputes as needed to run the platform.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Listings

Owners agree that:

• They have the right to offer the space for the listed use and times
• Descriptions, photos, prices, and access rules are accurate and not misleading
• Capacity or vehicle-count figures for plots are estimates only and not a guarantee
• Listings may be reviewed, edited for clarity, suspended, or removed for policy or legal reasons

5. Bookings and payments

Booking confirmation, cancellation rules, and any fees shown in the app or website apply to that booking. Where payment features are enabled, charges are processed through the payment methods we support. Where a flow is marked as demo or simulated, no real money is collected.

Platform commission or service fees (if any) are disclosed before you confirm a booking or payout request.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund handling follows the policy shown for the listing or booking (for example flexible, moderate, or strict). Admins may intervene in disputes. Refund timing depends on the payment provider when live payments are used.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Service for illegal activity, harassment, or fraud
• Post false listings, scrape data, or interfere with the platform
• Upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights
• Circumvent fees, security, or access controls

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, descriptions, messages, reviews). You grant Codexire a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for the content you post.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. Account deletion is described on Delete account.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that a particular space will meet your needs, or the conduct of other users. Owners and renters remain responsible for access, safety, and compliance with local law (including parking and land-use rules).

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codexire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us (if any) in the three months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Codexire against claims arising from your listings, bookings, content, or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and request account deletion.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
