Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Codexire (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses information when you use SPACEHUB at spacehub.codexire.com and the SPACEHUB mobile apps (together, the “Service”).

1. Who we are

SPACEHUB is operated by Codexire. For privacy questions, contact support@codexire.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account data — name, email address, phone number, city, and role (renter, owner, or admin) when you register or sign in (including via Google or phone OTP where enabled).
• Listing and booking data — property details, photos, availability, vehicle and registration details you provide for bookings, messages, reviews, and support tickets.
• Device and usage data — approximate location you search for, app version, browser type, and basic diagnostics needed to run and secure the Service.
• Media — images you upload for listings, stored with our media provider (Cloudflare R2).

3. How we use information

• Create and manage your account
• Publish listings, process bookings, and show check-in details to the right parties
• Provide messaging, reviews, notifications, and customer support
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Improve the product and comply with law

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

We process data to perform our contract with you, with your consent (for example optional marketing or certain device permissions), and where needed for legitimate interests such as security and product improvement, or to meet legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate SPACEHUB:

• Other users — owners see renter booking details; renters see listing and access information after booking; reviews may show your display name.
• Service providers — Firebase (authentication and related backend), hosting (for example Vercel), and object storage for media.
• Legal — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the Service.

6. Retention

We keep account and transaction records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You can request deletion as described in our Delete account page.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, and provider security features). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Email support@codexire.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

9. Children

SPACEHUB is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. International transfers

Your information may be processed in India and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
