Delete your SPACEHUB account

You can request permanent deletion of your SPACEHUB account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, and what may be retained for a limited time.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@codexire.com from the email address linked to your account.
2. Use the subject line Delete SPACEHUB account.
3. Include: your full name, registered phone number (if any), and the role you use (renter or owner).
4. Optionally confirm the city on your profile so we can match the correct account.

We will verify ownership of the account and complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request. You will receive a confirmation email when it is done.

From the website or app

1. Sign in at Login.
2. Open your profile or Help centre and contact support asking to delete your account.
3. Or email us directly using the steps above — a signed-in session is not required if you can prove account ownership by email.

What we delete

• Account profile (name, email, phone, city, role, photo)
• Authentication credentials for SPACEHUB
• Saved spaces, messages, support tickets, and notifications tied to your user id
• Listing drafts and unpublished owner content you alone control

What we may retain

• Booking and payout records needed for tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance (typically up to the period required by applicable law)
• Anonymised or aggregated analytics that no longer identify you
• Content you posted that other users still need for an active or past booking (for example a review text may remain with the display name replaced or redacted where feasible)

Active bookings may need to be cancelled or completed before full account removal. Owners with live listings must resolve or remove those listings as part of deletion.

After deletion

You will no longer be able to sign in. To use SPACEHUB again you must create a new account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once confirmed.
